I have a Windows 10 22H2 machine that is having widespread issues with Office apps. Outlook is randomly refusing to connect to the server, Word is failing to save documents, and OneDrive is running into sync issues that refuse to resolve. I get generic application failure messages in event log. The applications wont close when we close the window, and when I try to end task the application I get an access denied when trying as the user who launched the app or as an administrator. I had to reboot the machine to launch the application again. This issue is present on every user profile on the machine, and I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Office.

The Sarah utility did something to Outlook, so I will be keeping an eye on that to see if it was fixed. The word section did not have anything seemingly related. I am not familiar with a PC makers diagnostics.
And have you run that PC makers diagnostics?
