    Hi Sunita,

Thanks for posting in the Community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, my understanding is when you click the Sync button on the SharePoint library page, OneDrive reminds you that you have already synced this library, however, you don't see it in File Explorer.

If so, please check the following points to troubleshoot the situation.

    1. I wonder if the error message on your side is as shown in the screenshot below.

If so, it is because you have already added the library as a shortcut to your OneDrive. Please open File Explorer, go to the related OneDrive local folder, and check if you can see the library folder. For example, the folder "Documents - test0108" in the screenshot below is the Documents library of the site "test0108".

    1. Please check if you can see the library in the OneDrive desktop app.

Click the OneDrive icon in the task bar> click the Gear icon and select Settings. Check if you can see the library as shown in the screenshot below.

If the above points don't help, I recommend you reset OneDrive, and then try to sync the library again.

If the above suggestion doesn't help, I would like to collect more information about the problem.

    1. Please provide a full screenshot of the error message. You can click the Insert Image button to upload the screenshot.
    2. Do your colleagues have the same problem when syncing this library?
    3. Are you able to sync other libraries?

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
