Paste and Keep Column Width

There was a button available on Quick Access Toolbar to "past and keep column widths." It is gone. Ugh. This save so many steps - much quicker than paste, right click, paste special and then column widths.

If for some unknown (awful) reason this is gone, is there a keyboard shortcut?

Thanks!
