Whiteboard - something went wrong

Hi Community,

when accessing some of my whiteboards I receive following error message:

An error has occurred

Error processing your request

An unknown error has occurred.

I tried to access the files by phone, notebook and webclient.

It's always the same whiteboards which don't work.

Any idea how to tackle this issue?
