Excel Macro: Generate Sizing

Hi,

I am completely new to Macro on Excel (I have never done one).

My problem is:

We create products daily, and each product has a sub-category and a department. We need to generate sizing based on the sub-category and the department and the fit.

See below example. Category (Column B) Department column E, and the fit column D currently via indext match the percentages per size in columns I-N to produce size data in columns S-U - however, this amount of index matches in the sheet per sub-category per fit is incredibly slow. Is there not a way with a macro that we can click a button e.g "Generate sizing" that can auto populate the size data without need for all the index matches in the sheet?

I don't want to be rude, but a screenshot doesn't mean anything in this case and I don't have the time or desire to recreate it all.

Please upload a sample file anywhere and post the download link here.

    Hi Andreas,

Attached screenshots are a better example.

    Below showing the index-match formula.

Below showing where the data is stored:

Show us that file with the formulas you use. Then we can take a look where's the issue and make a suggestion.
