I want to cancel my subscription because I no longer use it.

    I am really upset, i have been charged again by Microsoft words $109 for a product I dont use.

    I want my money back

    May I know what type of subscription you have personal or business? To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    2. Go to Services & Subscriptions.
    3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Manage.
    4. Under Payment Settings, select Cancel.
    5. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with the cancellation.
