Azure DevOps - refresh issue after adding NEW ITEM to backlog

Hello,

Facing an issue on Azure DevOps with some colleagues (not everyone). When adding an item (any type) on BACKLOG, after saving, the creation page disapear but the backlog doesn't refresh (displaying only the Work items created above the new WIT).

The strange thing is, it only affects some users and I was not able to identify the source.

Many thanks in advance for the support.

Best regards,

Romain Hbrt
