Problem with Windows Hello

Hello,

I am having a issue with logging in with my Microsoft account into Office 365. Every time I try logging in, I get a prompt saying "something went wrong registering to Windows Hello, your account has been added to windows, but next time you use the account we'll ask you to verify your account using Windows Hello". Then it sends me back to login and I'm stuck in this loop.

I have read online about similar issues and have tried to fix it but to no avail. Anyone know what my problem is?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Try using the steps below to remove Hello Pin as a sign in option for the Microsoft account:

    1. On a PC, go to the Microsoft account page (https://account.microsoft.com/account) and sign in as you normally would.
    2. Select Security > Advanced security options.
    3. Select Windows Pin and Delete it.
