Hello @Mohamed Mounir Mahmoud Tantawy ,

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue. Support for Azure Education is provided exclusively from Microsoft Support team over email. Please find the details on the possible causes and issues related to your issue. As we do not have complete information , I will try to answer this as per my assumptions. If you are part of Azure for students program and still do not have access to the Education software Hub then there could be a few reasons of this as far as I know. Most of the Azure Education software was through Imagine / Dreamspark or MSDN Academic license program which colleges and universities used to be part of. There may have been other educational programs but I am not sure of that . All of these programs were converged to Azure DevTools for Teaching program. And the institutions have been in the process of transitions. The most probable reasons for your issue could be as follows as far as my knowledge goes :-

    • Your institution was part of Imagine/Dreamspark or MSDN academic license and have decided not to continue the subscription hence you do not see any software there. You may need to contact your university authorities and ask then to open a request with Microsoft using https://aka.ms/adt4tsupport . A valid university contact who has information about university/institution signup details can do this on your behalf. Generally 60 days prior to end of subscription the university admin contact would have been notified . If for some reason they have not been able to re-enroll then you can ask them to enroll from the Enroll button on the FAQ page for Azure DevTools for Teaching.
    • The University administrator has not updated your details for new academic year in the Azure Devtools for teaching program. In this case you may need to re-apply for reinstating benefits linked to your account. As soon as university will load your information to the systems you will be able to see all the missing software on the education hub. You can ask your university Admin who manage the Azure related program for this.
    • This one is more related to Azure credits and not to the software hub hence this is highly unlikely the cause but I have provided this for your information . If you had subscribed using Azure for students program available for members of educational institutions , you can face this issue if your $100 yearly limit has exceeded you don't have access anymore. You can check your subscription status at Account subscriptions page using the valid university email which was used during signup. To avoid issues , try using a Inprivate/Incognito browser session for this . If you haven't signed up using Azure for Students you can do so using this link .

If none of the above works , please try contacting the support directly using this link choosing your institutions correct region and they will contact you on your institution email which you would provide.

Hope one of the above option helps you. If the information provided in the post is helpful , please do accept it as answer. Please contact support directly using the link provided if you are unable to get any help from the university/institution. However in some cases the right contact who has administrator permissions on the azure Assets from the institution side would need to be contacted as Microsoft support would not be able to make changes to university subscriptions .

    Thank you.
