Microsoft Forms Lags and Becomes Unresponsive

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to edit one of my questions in MS Forms. I created this form in April 2023 and have been using it since that day and there was no issues with it.

Until today where I heard that when someone wants to complete the form, the likert scale questions keeps moving like it jitters and then it hangs.

Then I tried to refresh and click on the setting, it hangs as well.

It was still okay three days ago.

Can anyone help me with this or explain why this is happening?

Thanks!
