Does Microsoft Office Professional "non-Plus" LTSC edition's Outlook supports In-Place Archive feature?

Recently I am planning to buy a new Microsoft Office 2021 license for my company. I have done research on this page but didn't state that Microsoft Office 2021 Professional LTSC supports at In-Place archive. May I know does Professional version supports In-Place archive?

Just now I have studied further a bit, and seems like I messed up something in my mind. I am actually looking for Office 2021 Professional (not LTSC) because I would like to have my Outlook able to use the In-Place Archive feature, but I wonder if the Outlook in Office 2021 Professional (not LTSC) have the feature I needed.

It would be glad if you could solve my confusion.
