Can I use modern web parts in normal sharepoint page?

I want to use world clock web part, Announcement web part, Events web part, map web part, count down web part and Instagram web part in the non modern site pages.
Can I use them?

    The World clock web part, Events web part, Bing Map web part, Countdown timer web part and Instagram web part are only available on SharePoint modern pages.

    The former Announcement web part is still available on classic pages, you can add the list web part for Announcement list referring to this article.

    And for the other web parts, you need to either use custom solutions (code) or find third-party solutions as alternatives.
