Microsoft Forms - glitch

Hello,

I use Microsoft Forms and conduct training sessions via Teams to other folks in my organization about how create forms and various nuances about MForms.

Sometimes when I create a new form, Microsoft returns with this message:

I sign out and sign back in and it corrects itself. But .... it is annoying, plus if the training is done for executive team, it is embarrassing.

Did anybody experience this and what to do about it?

Thank you -- Anna

    Thank you, Leo,

We are using Microsoft 365 for Business.

I will try these instructions with the admin (I am not admin); I can still access and create new forms when I sign out and sign in, but just sometimes the error message comes up.

So, this feature is enabled for my account, but there is this glitch when I get the error message.

    Thank you !

    Hi Anna Z,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Leo, a user just like you. I'd be happy to help you with your concern.

May I know which version of Microsoft Office you are currently using? Additionally, could you please confirm if you are using an organizational account, such as a work or school account?

Upon reviewing the error message, it appears that this error occurs when the Administrator of Microsoft Forms has disabled the feature for your account or the entire organization. To address this, you will need to get in touch with your Administrator and request that they enable the feature. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. The Administrator will need to log in to the Microsoft Admin Center through this URL https://admin.microsoft.com/ using the Global Admin Account.
    2. From the left side, click on User > Active Users.
    3. Select the users for whom you want to turn on Microsoft Forms.
    4. From the ribbon, click on "Manage product licenses."
    5. Scroll down, until you find the Microsoft Forms, just check it and click Save changes.

Note: SharePoint services must also be enabled to allow people in your organization to access Microsoft Forms. If the Microsoft Forms was checked try to uncheck it and then click Save changes, then recheck it again then click Save changes. It may take some time to reflect your changes.

Please note that I will provide a third-party link. For more details with screenshot of what the options looks like regarding the steps provided, you may access the link below:
