    Hi FG 23,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Based on my search, some users mentioned the problem is caused by Windows Defender. Please try the following steps and check if it helps.

In the search bar, find and run Windows Security> Virus & threat protection> under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings> under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions, then enter the file type for Visio.

    For your reference:

Add an exclusion to Windows Security

If the above suggestion doesn't help, I would like to collect more information to troubleshoot the problem.

    1. Does the problem happen when saving a specific Visio file or saving any Visio files? You can create and save a new Visio file to test.
    2. Please provide your Visio version and product information for us to better test

Click File> Account, please take a full screenshot of the current interface.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
