Unable to purchase additional storage for Microsoft 365 Family Plan

I have an active Microsoft 365 Family Plan, in the UK. I go to my account and everything is OK with my account and my subscription. If I go to OneDrive and select add more date, I get taken to https://onedrive.live.com/?ocid=cmmti3rc7hf&v=upgrade. This advises my subscription has expired and if I click the link to add more data, absolutely nothing happens. I do not get any action when clicking the button. This is using both Edge, Chrome on a PC, and a Mobile phone browser. I have selected to show prices in United Kingdom, but this makes no difference.

    Hi xenarthran,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I get the same thing when trying to add additional storage to my Microsoft 365 Family plan. Perhaps a single member of that family group cannot purchase addtional storage. I know my subscription has not expired like the message says.

I suggest you click on this link and send an email to the OneDrive support team: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=528676

That would be the best way to find out. I hope you get your answer soon. Let me know what they say if you want. I don't work for Microsoft.

    Best regards,

    Craig
