OneNote for Android is useless

I've been using OneNote since version 1. I have bought many separate add-ons to add more useful features. It was very important to me that I be able to access and edit notebooks on any device. The past changes to the Android version have turned the Android version into a crippled app which lacks any usable interface and lacks any intuitive ability to adapt.

If this is going to be the direction MS continues to pursue, it will make it necessary to adopt a different solution which works with adequate necessary features across all platforms. It has been frustrating to have so much time and effort with OneNote to have it so severely hobbled. Just my comments.

    Hello JMC427

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you're experiencing issues with OneNote for Android. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    • What is the current version of your OneNote app?
    • Are you using Microsoft 365 Personal/Family or Business?
    • Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?

Microsoft is committed to providing the best possible experience for all users across all platforms. To address your concerns, I recommend checking for any available updates for the OneNote app on your Android device.

Additionally, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves any issues you may be experiencing. If you continue to have issues, please contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your continued use of OneNote.

    Regards,
