All LAMBDA helper functions returning #VALUE! error

Hello!

I have a very basic query and I'm not able to find a solution despite searching on multiple forums. So here's a screenshot of the issue I've been facing:

  1. I have an active personal Microsoft 365 subscription
  2. The basic lambda function of excel seems to be working fine here
  3. But whenever I try to use the lambda helper functions I get the #VALUE! error

I'm not sure if I'm missing something here, but would greatly appreciate inputs on how to resolve this.

Thanks!

When you type =SC does SCAN appear in the function list? Which version and build of 365 do you have?

    Hello Rory!

To answer your first question: Yes, it does show SCAN in the function list when I type "=SC" (with all relevant tooltips).

Coming to the second question: I'm not sure which version I had earlier, but after you specifically asked this, I went ahead to check and realized there were some updates waiting to be installed. So I simply updated them and this ended up resolving the issue!

Currently my version is at Version 2309 (16827.20130).

Thanks a lot Rory! I'll mark this as resolved now!
