Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND

I was gifted Office 2021 Professional Plus Lifetime.

When I enter the product key I get

Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND Correlation ID: 1cc4c133-d7a5-4c2f-9851-132fe09455b8

    Sorry for this inconvenience. However, this error TOKEN_NOT_FOUND will imply that there is no corresponding product key with Microsoft. I will reopen you contact the person who gave you this product key.

    If you wish to talk to Microsoft support to verify, kindly go to Microsoft Contact Us website:

    http://support.office.com/home/chat

    1. Type "Activate Office" and click Get Help.
    2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
    3. Log in with your Microsoft account.
    4. Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option.
    5. Under category, select "Activate my product"
    6. Click "Chat with a support agent".
