    Please clear the cache for the browser that you are using or try to use a different browser to see if the issue still happens.

    Usually when web based applications are having issues it is either cache data causing it or security protocols from the browser.

    Forms uses your browser, its not an app as such. Haven't seen this issue but you could try clearing out your browsers cache etc. Might work!
