Is there a way of adding more sections within a section?

Question

I am currently making a form on microsoft forms and I am having to add many sections to put a consent form before the survey starts.

This means I am adding many sections with only a few words on each, is there a way of adding more sections into one section so the participant will not have to go through loads and loads of pages.

For example my consent form is showing 15 sections so far, is there a way I can put 3 sections together on one page?

I'm sorry I didn't explain it clearly.There is no such functionality in Forms, we need to create Forms through PowerApp to meet your needs.

Yes, you can add more questions to a section in Microsoft Forms by clicking on the "Add question" button within the section. However, it is not possible to combine multiple sections into one section in Microsoft Forms. One workaround for your situation could be to use the "Page" feature in Microsoft Forms to group related questions together. You can add a new page by clicking on the "Add page" button at the bottom of the form builder. This way, you can group your consent form questions on one page and the survey questions on another page, reducing the number of sections the participant has to go through.
