Log In Error

Hi,

when I try to log in into my account on a browser all works as it should, but when i try to login into any of the office programs to get access to my Office 365 the following error message appears: ¨Your account or password is incorrect. If you can't remember your password, reset it now.¨

Obviously my account and password are correct since i can login with those info in the browser.

i tried clearing cache

uninstalling an reinstalling

remove the licence

everything is updated

but nothing has helped

    Hello Beljack,

    Please ensure that you have no other account signed-in to your device. Can you also try to rest your password while trying to sign-in to see if it resolved the issue?

    I forgot to mention it was on a Mac.

    Thank you @Adebayo-Olu, but I have done that already as well, Cleared all credentials, bu it hasn't helped.

    Hello Beljack,

    Sincere apologies for any inconveniences this issue might be causing you.

    Please try to clear the sign-in information from Credential manager by following the steps below; Click on Start button >> Type Credential manager >>Click on Windows credential >> Check for all Office apps entry and then remove them.
