    Hello Leo,

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out and thank you for your response. The reason I'd like to remove it is because my new laptop came with Microsoft Student Office pre-installed, and I've been having trouble using Outlook. It seems to be related to my license, which is why I can't access it. If there's any other solution that would allow me to keep my student license key intact, It would be great

    Hi Abigail J,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Leo, a user just like you. I'd be happy to help you with your concern.

May I know which Microsoft Office version you are currently using? May I also know what is the reason why you want to remove the license? To continue, you may follow the steps below:

    1. Sign-out or close all Office applications.
    2. Open your command prompt. 3.Input the following command:

    cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16. If you can't find the path, type cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16

    cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:xxxxx (copy the last five digits of the product key)

    1. Then, restart your computer and check if Office is deactivated.
