Embedded Interactive Excel Workbook Not Working on Mobile

Hello, I have made my workbook function in my website, and users are able to enter values into cells to get an output in other cells and graph. However, I am having a problem with getting the interactive workbook to work when accessing the site on mobile (users are able to enter numbers, but the cells which calculate and show the output just show ###). It is only working on desktop/laptop.

Thank you!

    Hello Adeyemi,

Thank you for your response, it was helpful. The issue however remains, and upon trying different ways to open this workbook, I am finding that it is actually when using onedrive on mobile that seems to be the problem; on iphone, I can use the excel app, but when using it in onedrive on the phone, it suddenly doesnt work.

I will make a new post with pictures.

    Thank you,

    Keegan

    Hello

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

There could be a few reasons why this is happening. One possibility is that the mobile browser or device may not fully support the features required for the interactive workbook to function properly. You could try testing the workbook on different mobile browsers or devices to see if the issue persists.

Another possibility is that there may be an issue with the way the workbook is embedded or configured on your website. You could try checking the settings and options for embedding the workbook to see if there are any options that could improve its functionality on mobile devices.

If these suggestions do not resolve your issue, you may want to consider using a different method for displaying the interactive workbook on your website, such as using a third-party tool or service that provides better support for mobile devices.

    I hope this helps!
