    Can you please tell us more about the issue? What is the exact error message you are getting?

    Furthermore, you can reach out to Microsoft Live Chat Support by following the guide below:

    1. Click this link https://support.microsoft.com/contactus make sure to log in with your account and choose Microsoft 365.
    2. Choose 'Get Home Support' and type Locked Office 365
    3. Click 'Get Help' then scroll down and select 'Contact Support'.
    4. Choose your Product & Services then the Category should be Billing and Payment
    5. Click Confirm
    6. Click 'Chat with a support agent in your web browser'

    Same. Trying to use Word for work, and it's never given me a problem. Now I'm trapped behind a dialogue box, telling me the benefits of being signed up through the 360 BS. Isn't giving me any details as to what I'm supposed to do so I can close the box. Clicking the "learn more" link does nothing beneficial. "Continue" is blacked out, so I'm pretty much trapped and unable to use Word until I can figure out what the hell it wants from me.
