- Click this link https://support.microsoft.com/contactus make sure to log in with your account and choose Microsoft 365.
- Choose 'Get Home Support' and type Locked Office 365
- Click 'Get Help' then scroll down and select 'Contact Support'.
- Choose your Product & Services then the Category should be Billing and Payment
- Click Confirm
- Click 'Chat with a support agent in your web browser'
