Sharepoint Master folder / Documents.

In my organization, I'm asked to create special brand documents that need to be in several other sharepoint sites.

Is there a way to create "clone" folders in other sites or to have specific documents clone themselves when updated to different sharepoint sites? I cant keep track of all the duplicates while maintaining updates, so I would like to update to a single folder and have that update all the "clones" everywhere.

    Dear Bohdan,

What you need is to update the documents of the clone folder in other sites when the same documents in the original folder in the original site are updated.

If yes, what you need to do is to create several flows for the clone folders accross the different sites.

Here is an example for your reference.

First I suggest you use the Copy feature to copy the folderA containing DocumentA from site1 to site2.

Now create a demo flow for your reference.

When DocumentA is modified in site1, update the content of DocumentA in site2 automatically.

    Compose: items('Apply_to_each')?['{Identifier}']

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience.

Hope that the information above helps you!

    Sincerely
