Based on your description regarding "constant problems with emails". To understand the situation and be able to offer you relevant suggestions, we would need a little more information from you. Kindly help us in providing the following information.
- May I please know the account type are you using? Is it POP, IMAP or Exchange account?
- May I please know when this issue started to occur?
- May I please confirm that you get same situation in both outlook for Desktop and Outlook on Web (https://outlook.office.com)?
- May I know if you get same situation when you open Outlook in safe mode? Open Outlook in safe mode - Microsoft Support If it
- May I please confirm that you face same situation when Send immediately when connected Option is enabled? To check this kindly go to File-->Option-->Advanced-->Scroll down to Send and receive -->Make sure that Send Immediately when connected is enabled then hit Ok button
If you are unable to re-enable this setting because it is grayed out, then the setting is being managed by group policy. In this situation, contact your administrator to have this group policy removed. Email stays in Outbox until manually send or receive - Outlook | Microsoft Learn
- May I please confirm that you are using the latest updates of windows 10?
- May I know if you get same situation when you open Outlook in another computer?
