Hello All,

I am in process of upgrading our BizTalk environment from 2016 to 2020.

Today, I wanted to install 'Microsoft BizTalk 2020 Accelerator for SWIFT'. While I start the installation from 'BizTalk Accelerator' folder I get an error as 'The A4SWIFT runtime schemas assembly is already deployed'

Note: I only have one server in the BizTalk group and I am running the setup manully.

I am quite sure, this dll(Microsoft.Solutions.FinancialServices.SWIFT.RuntimeSchemas.dll) is getting installed as part of 'MP2019' and later on the setup complains about it as already present.

Has someone already seen this issue or Am I doing something wrong here? Any suggestions would really help.

Thank you.

    Hi Kamlesh,

    Thank you for your reply.

I am also installing the SWIFT Accelerator on a fresh BizTalk 2020 server for the first time. Unfortunately I see this error. I have gone through the link you have provided and it says to manually delete the dll.

What I have seen is that, the setup.exe for Accelerator first install the MP 2019 and the dll(Microsoft.Solutions.FinancialServices.SWIFT.RuntimeSchemas.dll) gets registered under 'BizTalk Application 1' and then subsequently the Accelerator also finds the same dll and throws this error. Seems the installer is unable to ignore this if it finds the dll (which is a higher version as part of MP 2019) is already present.

I am suppose to run this installer silently but this error doesn't solve my purpose. Is this a know issue in the installer?
    Kindly let me know.

    /Biranchi
