Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Garcia
I have a similar issue and do not understand the ethics or the frustration behind this.
If I have a subscription to Outlook, no matter where I purchased it, why is there no subscription access to Outlook on Windows? The frustration around this is so unnecessary.
Ethically, I find it a bad business practice. If Apple have done all the marketing to get me to take a subscription via iTunes, then due to this absurd policy of not allowing the subscription to run on Windows you FORCE people to subscribe via Microsoft, you just took a customer away from Apple. Why on earth would Apple promote a product like that.
Instead of improving, IT just gets worse. To prevent these issues, it just seems best to stay away from Microsoft and go with a third party software whose licensing DOES work across platforms no questions asked. No frustration. I know there is Office 365 but that is not the point.
