I do not use office suite .
I use Libre Office.

I have been endeavouring to put all of my hugely vast amount of e-mail int an external drive, in order to retreat from nearly out of storage and increase the slowing operational functionality.
Which is when I became aware of missing tabs, i.e. no 'File', along with others also missing.

I am on version: 1.2023.616.100 - Production; and Client version: 20230623002.

I am struggling with PST.
So far, have not been able to achieve that.
I want to permanently move all my mail to, as well as use, an external drive as my default mail directory and storage. I would appreciate where to find and get guidance doing so.

Also.
I am new to .pst. - Have not even heard of it previously.

If you are using LibreOffice, then you are in the wrong forum entirely. LibreOffice has nothing to do with Microsoft Office. Go to https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/professional-support/.
