Is there a way to get a Bitlocker key from Microsoft?

Question

We had a user who had water damage on their machine.

The device was registered in Azure but no Bitlocker key was recorded.

Does anyone know if you can retrieve this information another way, or if Microsoft have a way of giving this info?
