Hello~

Good afternoon~

When I try to do a copy of an excel spreadsheet to save the spreadsheet into a file folder, when I right click the 3 dots, I would get not just the word "Copy" but the phrase "Copy to" would this be the right path to copy the spreadsheet into a file folder?

Thank you~

    Dear respected Jill Podolski,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, yes, when you click on "Copy to" option after right-clicking on the Excel spreadsheet in Microsoft Teams, you will be given the option to choose where you want to copy the file to. From there, you can select the file folder where you want to save the spreadsheet. Once you have selected the file folder, click "Copy" and the spreadsheet will be saved in the chosen location.

In Microsoft Team using "Copy to" option you can copy files. within the same team, different Team and shared libraries.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
