No, you cannot upgrade your Family subscription to Microsoft 365 Business but you can switch to a business subscription. Understand that business accounts are different from personal accounts.

If you are the owner of the Family subscription, you will need to cancel your Family subscription and let a member of the Family subscription purchase the Family subscription and add the remaining member of your Family subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, OneDrive as well as other Office apps will enter read-only mode. This mode allows you to view and download your files but you cannot upload to OneDrive.
Your files will remain available, thanks to OneDrive retention period. Once you have started your new subscription or joined another subscription, OneDrive and Office apps will regain full functionality.
