Document sharing issues with Microsoft Lists

Hi, I created a document on Microsoft List. In the settings, I've selected "share with everyone without logging in", but when I share the link, the user is required to log in. What should I do? Thanks a lot!

    Dear Jessica,

If you copy and paste the link from the place in the provided screenshot to the browser, the link will become the item display form link which looks like **https://contoso-my.sharepoint.com/personal/username\_contoso\_onmicrosoft\_com/Lists/listname/DispForm.aspx?ID=itemid** and it isn't an anonymous link. The anonymous link should be in the following format. https://contoso-my.sharepoint.com/:li:/g/personal/username\_contoso\_onmicrosoft\_com/dynamic guid

I suggest you check whether the link format is correct in your environment.

You may need to copy and paste the link from the original place in the provided screenshot again and back up it.

Please confirm whether you copy and send the link from the browser in your environment.

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience if you need further help.

    Sincerely

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.
I did it before, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work. We don't understand the reason.

    Dear Jessica,

Regarding "I created a document on Microsoft List. In the settings, I've selected 'share with everyone without logging in'", what do you share? do you share an item in the Microsoft list?

If yes, do you select the Anyone link type like the following? Some related screenshots are appreciated.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

If yes, the link should not require sign-in. I suggest you copy the link again and send it to the guests to see the result.

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience.

    Sincerely
