OFFICE LOGIN ISSUES

Okay so I am using an office account at work and now I have issues logging onto the account. At first the teams app kept prompting me to login when at the same time I was using excel and word just fine. I went ahead and logged out of all office apps and rebooted the pc. Now i cannot login at all. It asks me to login twice and then it just gives me an error [1001]. Please help!
