Unable to submit edited form response

Hi,

We are trying to shift our manpower request form online and testing the form edit feature, where users can edit their responses. However, when I tried to submit my edited filled form, I received the error message "The form is updated recently. Please refresh the page to load the latest form.". I have tried refreshing the form but it does not work. Hence would like to seek some advice here if there are things that I could have missed out, much appreciated.

I’m sorry you’re having a problem with but based on your description we can work together to resolve it.

For the situation you encountered, we deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

As per your description, based on my test the error message occurs when a user starts a form, but does not complete it and try to complete at another time (i.e., next day). For example, the next day the rest of the users tried, and they are getting the same error.

In this scenario you may need to go to Microsoft Form>click on Settings>and change the during submission (form close date/time duration) and then again re-generate a Form link and then go to the Form response and now try to submit and check the outcomes.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial suggestions may not resolve the problem very soon. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.
