Can someone please confirm this is still broken in Exchange 2016 CU20? Apparently admins don't have permissions to execute the CmdLet "Clear-TextMessagingAccount" for users that have already enabled this feature? I am getting some strange error, see below...

Error text.
The operation couldn't be performed because object 'contoso.com/Users/User Name' couldn't be found on 'DC01.contoso.com'

Looks like someone else has run into this too with no resolution....

    Hi Adam.

I tested in my lab (Exchange 2016 CU20) and got the same error message.

    According to this link: Clear-TextMessagingAccount

The Clear-TextMessagingAccount cmdlet allows a user to remove the text messaging settings from their own mailbox.
An administrator can't use this cmdlet to remove the text messaging settings from another user's mailbox.

It is by design that admins cannot use this command to change the text messaging settings of other users' mailboxes.
