My name is Andy,

I have 2 recurring charges by Direct Debit from Microsoft. One has code EO600NB5CS and the charge is £5.40 monthly; the 2nd has the code EO600Npdog and is also for £5.40 monthly.

What are these charges for, please?

Kind regards,

Andy

Hi Andy, thanks for coming into the forums. I'm also a user like you and will happily help you to the best of my knowledge.

You can check these charges at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If you don't see the charges under your account, your card may be associated with another account such as from a family member.

Please click the link below for the complete guide on how to investigate a charge, you can also use the inbuilt troubleshooter by clicking the Start button. This troubleshooter also helps you contact Microsoft support when required. They are the ones who can help find the account associated with the card and charges and process a refund.

I hope this helps. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to get in contact. I will be more than happy to assist you further.

    Kind Regards Myk
