I’m having trouble with the app. It used to show me 6 digits and now 8. I can’t access anything with an 8 digit. I need some answers ASAP. It so frustrating because I was loving this app. Now im very disappointed. I did send 3 mails regarding these issue and no luck whatsoever! COME ON ! I NEED SOME ANSWERS NOW. ITS A HUGE DEAL FOR ME

Let's try to get this resolved. What app are you having trouble with? What part is showing you 8 digits instead of 6?
Hello! I’m trying to open Instagram and Facebook as well. When I downloaded the app, in the main screen I used to see pay pal or whatever app I was trying to log onto and the 6 digit number. Now when I go to another count (google, Facebook etc) instead of giving me the 6 digit number I need it open my camera and says the provider will show me a QR code. And if I go to my Microsoft account it says one pw for everything and it’s an 8 digit number. I can’t log onto anything but whatsapp and that’s only because I’ve memorized the code . Please help me! I need it for work and other stuff

This may be caused by adding a new account or signing in with a different account. Disabling and re-enabling two-factor authentication may resolve this.
Hi! The thing is I can’t disabled the 2 verification step if I can’t access my Facebook or Instagram account. Why is this happening? I was so pleased with the Authenticator app. And it was so user friendly. No I’m frustrated cause I need to log on nor for fun but for work.
