Excel Data Types not showing in Data tab

I've been having trouble trying to get Data Types to show up in my ribbon bar in Excel, though all the fixes I tried were not working. I tried to restart my PC, uninstall and reinstall Microsoft 365, checking and updating Excel, going into my Control Panel and doing an online repair and restarting my PC, however, none of these seemed to fix the problem. My internet connection is fine at home and at campus and am sure that it is not a factor to the issue.

I'm using a school account to access Office and the apps and have been installing and reinstalling from the website and am not sure whether I've been downloading Office wrong. When I did try to do Online Repair, it showed the application name as Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - en-us

The version of Excel I have is Version 2310 (Build 16924.20124 Click-to-Run)
