My subscription

I have a office 365subscription. I contacted for help to provide additional services but they did not find my account. I was provided number to call but that number never take me to an agent. $13.25 is being charged every month. Since no one allocated my account i have to dispute my charges and cancel the subscription.

I can log into the account but i cannot get into the admin page and these was where i needed help.

Please suggest if you can still help.

    Your inquiry is not very specific. Can you please confirm which subscription you were charged for?

    Did you mean you were charged and you do not find this subscription in your Microsoft account?

    If you have a personal account, go to the Manage subscription page (https://account.microsoft.com/services) and if you have a business account, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=842054) > the billing products and services (or subscriptions) page
