I understand that you are experiencing frequent error messages with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and you are not able to access them.
This issue could be caused by network connectivity issues or corrupted files. Kindly verify if you have already checked the following. Thanks in advance.
- Ensure that your Microsoft Teams and Outlook to the latest version. You can share the versions you are using as well.
- If you are connected through a firewall, proxy or VPN, please try bypassing this and check again.
- Disable any third-party antivirus or firewall software temporarily and check if the issue persists.
If this is happening to the desktop apps, please check if this persists when logged into the online versions and vice versa. This will narrow down if this is app or account related.
->You may check the behavior on another device as well.
