SCOM 2016 email notification every 15min until alert is close

Question

Hi SCOM Gurus,
I have been asked to generate an email notification every 15min until the alert is closed, I was looking around under "Notification Subscriber Wizard" , under SChedule and I have only two options there, "Always Send Notification" or "Notify only during the specified times" , is there a way if SCOM can keep sending out email every 15min until the alert is resolved?
