    Hello Erica,

I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding your Outlook 365 email to your iPhone. The "network request timed out" error with code 2602 usually indicates a problem with the network connection or a specific setting. Let's go through a few steps to try and resolve this:

    1. **Check Your Internet Connection**: Ensure that your iPhone has a stable internet connection. Try using both Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists across different networks.
    2. **Update Your iPhone**: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. To check for updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
    3. **Update the Outlook App**: Since you've downloaded the app from the App Store, ensure it's the latest version. App Store updates can fix bugs that may be causing the issue.
    4. **Re-enter Account Details**: Double-check the email address and password you are entering. Sometimes, a small typo can cause issues.
    5. **Remove and Re-add the Account**: If you had previously added the account and are now facing issues, try removing the account from your iPhone and adding it again.
    6. **Manual Setup**: If the automatic setup isn't working, you might want to try adding your account manually. When you add your account, select "Add Account" and then "Other". Choose "Add Mail Account" and enter your details manually.
    7. **Disable VPN or Firewall Apps**: If you have any VPN or firewall apps on your iPhone, they could be interfering with the connection. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that solves the issue.
    8. **Reset Network Settings**: You mentioned you've already done this, but it's worth mentioning that this step can often resolve network-related issues. Remember, resetting network settings will erase all current settings, including Wi-Fi passwords.

If none of these steps work, the issue might be more specific to your account or device, and it might be worth contacting your IT department (if you have one) or Apple's customer support for further assistance. They might have more specific solutions based on the details of your account and device.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards, Ibhadighi
