MS Bookings time allocation does not work.

No matter what I change the time increments to, meetings always come through to the customer as 30 minutes. I want 2 hour sessions twice a day. I have read on the forums that changing the default duration of meetings will be a solution, but this no longer seems to exist on Booking. Help please??

    Hey Tasman,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please try changing the availability of the 30-min meeting at the service level? Click on Edit Service-> Availability options -> Configure it the way you want-> Save changes

Hi. yes have done all that. If you refer to the photos I've posted here you will see that I am saving 2hr increments but the customer gets 30min meetings to book, and the times do not match
