NBA2K24 was accidentally preordered on my account for 149.99. How can I cancel that order and get a refund?

    Hello Nick P,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft 365 user just like you, I hope you are doing well?

I understand you have an unauthorized payment. Did you check your account billing history to verify this charge? If no, use link below to check your Microsoft account billing history:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you have verified this charge, would you like to get a refund?

Please understand that to get a refund, you will need to cancel the subscription, also note that refunds are automatically processed and you should receive it within 3 - 5 business days.

    To cancel Microsoft subscriptions

    1. Go to the Manage subscription page (https://account.microsoft.com/services) and if prompted, be sure to sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase your Microsoft 365 subscription.
    2. Note: If you see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. There's nothing further to do at this time and you can continue to use the product until your Microsoft 365 subscription expires.
    3. Select Cancel subscription (or it might say, Upgrade or cancel).
    4. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation by turning off recurring billing. To review our complete cancellation policy, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=839716.

Kindly go to Microsoft Contact Us website:
