Hi Carolina C, I'm Femi and I'd be happy to help you with your question. Kindly follow the steps below to resolve this:

    1. Exit Word
    2. Click on Start
    3. Click on Run in the Start menu

If you don't have Run in your menu, hold down the Windows (logo) key on your keyboard and then press the R key)

    4. Type %appdata% in the Run dialog box
    5. Click on OK
    6. Double click on the Microsoft folder
    7. Double click on the Templates folder
    8. Open the normal.dotm file
    9. Delete the contents then Save Reference: https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/24ce9020-6b1e-4983-9c0c-38cdfd51b8db Kindly let me know if this resolves the issue.
