Power Automate - Insert data into SQL table

Trying to insert data into a SQL table through Power Automate. Is there a way to insert data without creating a gateway? On trying the desktop flow, it allows select but not inserts mentioning permission issues even though the ID has write access. Please suggest different approaches.
