Syncing issue on Remote Desktop

Good Afternoon,

Is there an issue being resolved within the remote desktop? I have to sign in multiple times once I am signed into my remote desktop. I sign into my virtual machine, and then Teams, then OneDrive. Before, they did this automatically. It seems like the applications are not syncing up. Is this an issue you are resolving?

    apologized situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    indeed, we have met such a issue on some virtual machines, Base on our experience some issues can solve on this method you can follow the bellow steps

    go to OneDrive online from your remote desktop >> my files >> click on the gear icon on top right >> sync this OneDrive>>Click open Microsoft OneDrive
