I've added a few new rows of data and it's not showing up in my data validation table or my pivot table. I've refreshed the pivot table and I have no errors showing.

    Hi Heidi Hengler

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you need help with this concern. We will work together to achieve your desired resolution.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    1. What is the version and edition of your Excel app? Go to File > Account > Product info (ex. Microsoft 365 for Business).

First, go to the corresponding worksheet that contains the data and click any of the cells. Next, from Excel Ribbon, go to Data > Filter. Then click on the Filter option to disable the filtering. Consequently, you will get the below result. All the rows in the dataset become visible again.

Kindly check this thread: Pivot Table not populating new data correctly - Microsoft Community

We look forward to your reply.

    Sincerely
