Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Billy,
Thank you for reaching out to this forum. As a fellow Microsoft user, I'm here and ready to help you out today.
If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or non-subscription version such as Office Home and Business 2021, 2019, 2016 or 2013, in most cases you can't run these versions together on the same computer.
Could you please remove Office 365 and try to activate Office 2019?
- Close all Office applications.
- Sign-out of your Office account.
- Do a safe reboot. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up.
- For clean install, please use SetupProd_OffScrub.exe tool to uninstall everything. Instructions can be found here - https://support.microsoft.com/office/9ad57b43-fa12-859a-9cf0-b694637b3b05
- Remove the credential details of the personal account from "Credential manager". Go to: Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager
Now follow below steps for installation from the account which you have used to activate the license.
Step 1: Go to www.office.com/setup. Step 2: Sign in with your Microsoft account. Step 3: Enter your product key, without hyphens, if prompted. Step 4: Follow the prompts to finish the redemption process
